  • We specialize in women’s clothing, including but not limited to cord sets, kurtis, gowns, shararas, Garara, and imported fabric outfits.

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, minor variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Zaairah reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept secure payments through Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • Zaairah reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders will be processed once full payment is received (except COD orders).

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Zaairah will not be liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on zaairah.com, including text, logos, product images, and designs, are the intellectual property of Zaairah.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
