Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue within 1 day of delivery.

To process such requests, customers must provide:

  • An unboxing video

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Order details

Claims submitted after the specified reporting period may not be eligible for review.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • The item must be unused and undamaged.

  • An unboxing video must be provided.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the exchange process will be initiated.

Return Shipping

  • Zaairah will bear the return shipping cost for approved returns and exchanges.

  • Customers should follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account.

  • Refund processing may take up to 15 working days from the date of approval.

  • Depending on banking procedures, additional processing time may apply.

Non-Returnable Products

Currently, there are no product categories that are automatically excluded from returns. However, all return requests must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders before the order has been shipped.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through the website before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the order will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.
