Shipping and Delivery
1. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday), except public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Processing time does not include transit time (time taken by the courier to deliver the package).
2. Shipping options & estimated delivery times (India)
Estimated delivery times below are from the date the order is dispatched (after processing):

Standard Shipping (Surface) — Metro cities: 3–7 business days; Tier-2 cities: 5–9 business days; Remote/rural areas: 7–14 business days.

Express Shipping — Metro & select cities: 1–3 business days (subject to availability and extra charges).

Same-day / Next-day Delivery — Available in select pin codes only; shown at checkout if eligible.

Store Pickup / Click & Collect — Available at select Zaairah stores. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup ID and a valid photo ID are required.
Actual delivery times may vary based on courier performance, local conditions, and public holidays.
3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Threshold] — this will be displayed on the website when applicable.

Express, same-day, or special-handling shipments incur additional charges.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes and may carry an extra COD fee.

For COD returns, a refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item (per our Returns & Refund Policy).
5. International orders

International shipping may be available to select countries. International shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and customs duties/taxes (if any) will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately.

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically indicated.
6. Tracking your order

After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to track progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact our Customer Care.
7. Delivery instructions & address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including PIN code and contact number). We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change the shipping address after an order is placed, contact Customer Care immediately. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not been dispatched; Zaairah is not responsible for failed updates if the shipment has already left our facility.
8. Failed delivery, returned shipments & re-delivery

Couriers usually attempt delivery once or twice. If delivery fails and the package is returned to us, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If a returned order results from customer error (wrong address, no one available, refusal), returns shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
9. Damaged or missing items

Inspect items on delivery. If an item is damaged, tampered with, or missing, please refuse delivery and notify Customer Care within 24 hours.

If you accept the package and later find damage, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate and resolve per our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Partial shipments

We may ship items in separate packages if they are dispatched from different warehouses. Shipping charges (if any) and tracking details for each package will be provided.
11. Pre-orders & backorders

For pre-order items, expected shipping dates will be shown on the product page. Pre-order payment is charged at checkout. Expected dates are estimates and may change; we will inform you of any delays.
12. Customs, import taxes & prohibited items

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with local customs regulations. Customs duties and taxes are not charged by Zaairah and are the responsibility of the customer.

Some products may be restricted or prohibited for shipment to certain locations — if an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you and offer alternatives or a refund.
13. Force majeure & delays

Zaairah will not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or government restrictions. We will, however, keep you informed and do our best to minimize inconvenience.
